Terms of Service

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

2.2 Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Service

3.1 Subscription Plans

DeepCampus offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans ("Pro Plan") provide access to additional features and services. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

3.2 Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees
• Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee at the time of renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the period for which you have already paid.

3.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewal periods. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

4.1 Service Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of DeepCampus and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant DeepCampus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

4.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

5.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

5.2 Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all information on the Service. Recommendations are generated algorithmically and are provided for informational purposes only. You should verify all information independently before making decisions.

5.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepCampus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
